Naples Beaches

Pelican Bay residents have access to some of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in all of Florida. Stroll to the sugar-sand Gulf of Mexico on the boardwalk, winding your way through the mangroves and across bay bridges, and you are likely to spot many exotic species of trees, flowers, birds, animals and aquatic wildlife. With private access to approximately two and one-half miles of breathtaking Gulf beachfront, Pelican Bay is a sun worshipper's or beach enthusiast's dream.

Pelican Bay has 3 parking areas for beach access, if one chooses not to walk or bike to one of 3 strategically based, street accessible tram stations. Two boardwalks provide easy beach access by walking, jogging, or riding 8 passenger electrical trams that stop at 8 berm stations for pick-ups.

Beach facilities, besides food and beverage include sundecks, restrooms and showers, and attendants to set up your choice of beachside chaise lounge, beach chair, umbrella or cabana. Morning outdoor fitness classes on the covered decks of both north and south beaches are also available. Ride your bike or rollerblade along the scenic berms that separate Pelican Bay's uplands from its tranquil bays and estuaries, and you'll discover Pelican Bay is the ultimate destination for a day of nature and waterfront wonders.

Sailing

Sailboats are available to residents through the Pelican Bay Foundation's Sailing Club for experienced sailors to glide along our shoreline through sparkling Gulf waters. Canoes are available for rent or paddle your own kayak through the tranquil back-bay waters, enveloped by some of Florida's most impressive natural surroundings.
